About the project
Énergie Négative is an Instagram account of comic strips, six to twelve panels long, with a very colourful art direction. I tell stories from my life, my adventures and my friends.
Every character exists in real life, and my friends love recognising themselves in the panels and stories. The account takes its name from one of the strips: the day a teacher told us we had a "negative energy", which became a running gag.
Key points
- Short formats of six to twelve panels
- A restricted, saturated palette for each strip
- A recurring cast drawn from real life
