About the project

Architects spend too much time typing up and formatting their technical diagnoses. ArchiTech streamlines every step of the General Technical Diagnosis (DTG), the survey of a building's overall condition handed to the property manager, from the site visit to the final export, with AI assistance for the technical expertise.

On site, data entry is organised by lots (cellars, circulations, roofs) with real-time progress tracking, and photo remarks are captured automatically so the architect can take notes without putting their tools down. At the end, the final report is generated client-side, with a professional layout ready for the property manager.

The interface deliberately breaks with cluttered business software: a clean UI designed for mobility, meant to reduce cognitive load during long data-entry sessions, where every element is both useful and pleasant to work with.

Key points

  • Field data entry by lots, with real-time completion tracking
  • Automatic capture of photo remarks
  • Client-side generation of the final PDF report
  • Minimal UI that breaks with heavy business software

App screens

  • DTG workspace: the list of assigned projects and the next scheduled visit
  • Building overview: completion of each component and the tasks left, by lot
  • Structure lot at 50%: rating the general condition, with a remark field and a Generate button
